Chicken Manchurian spicy

THIS RECIPE IS A DELICIOUS AND VERY SPICY RECIPE.


                         
Ingredients:
                                      

  • Chicken 1kg
  • Onion 2 large size
  • Garlic 3-4tbsp
  • Ginger 3-4tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 2-3tbsp
  • Chili powder 3tbsp
  • Cumin powder 3tbsp
  • Kashmiri mirch 5-6
  • Oil 5-6tbsp
  • Soy sauce
  • Chili sauce
  • Lemon 1
  • Black paper
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Arowroot
Garnish with:
  • Spring onion
  • musk
 Preparation:
Chicken-Manchurian:
1.                washing the chicken.
2.                Heat the oil in a pan add the garlic, ginger, onion mix the paste.
3.                Then add the cumin turmeric and chili powder, kashmiri mirch mixture the paste.
 
4.                The chicken add the thick paste in a pan. Heat the medium flame 45minutes.
5.                Add the soy, chili sauce and mix the pan paste. Add the salt, black paper arrowroot, lemon, sugar mixture the paste.
 
6.                Heat the turn off and garnish with sping onion, musk.
7.                Serve the ready chicken Manchurian. Serve with nun.
