White Mutton Recipe


 THIS RECIPE IS A HEALTH CONSCIOUS RECIPE. YOU CAN APPLY THIS RECIPE. THIS IS A DELICIOUS CURRY.









            Ingredients:
  • 1kg crushed mutton.
  • 2 large onion juice.
  • 2tbsp garlic paste
  • 100gm curds.
  • 50gm crush nut.
  • 50gm water melon seeds.(khas-khas)
  • 2tbsp black pepper.
  • 2tsp garam masala powder.( clove, nutmeg, mace, cinnamon)
  • 3tbsp ghee.
  • saffron
  • Oil 50gm.

How to make WHITE MUTTON CURRY:-

1.   Boil crushed mutton in 3 cups of water & 1tsp salt,
2. Mutton cools it on a normal temperature for 15-20minutes.
3. Grind the crushed mutton into normal paste.
4.In a bowl mutton and take a onion paste, garlic paste, leaves, curds crush nut and water melon seeds mixture the mutton & grind into a thick paste.
5. Mix both the pastes well
6.  Finely in a pan heat the oil and mix the mutton curry.
7. After heat for about 1 hours.
8. Finely add the ghee, garam masala,and saffron mixture the  mutton curry.
9. Serve to the ready white mutton recipe.
10.Serve  to roti.
