Carrots halva



THIS FOOD IS A VERY SWEET FOOD.



Ingredients:

1kg Carrot
600 ml Milk
300 gm Sugar
3 cup Ghee
Dry fruits(almonds, cashew, pasta)

Cooking method:
  • Crush the carrots with grind them.
 
  • Cook the grind carrots during milk in a little burn
 
  • Heat rousing every the while dig every the milk vanish.
     
  • Affix sugar like per flavor 
  • Then affix the ghee plus remain to heat on little burn, remain mixing every the whilst.
 

  • Heat dig well scent grow and the halva is arid
     
  • Move it the portion bowl and decorate with split almonds, cashew plus pasta.
