Fish biryani


Ingredients -

Fish 1kg

Rice1 kg
powder 4tbsp
Coriander powder 4 tbsp
Cumin powder 4 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Ginger garlic paste 5tbsp
All flavor powder 3 tbsp
onion 3cup
Tomato 4peace
Yogurt 2cup
Green chilies 10-12
Coriander leaves cut
Fenugreek 5 cluster
Yellow color mix with water
Oil 4tbsp


Method :

*      In a deep boiling pan warmth 4tbsp oil. Affix 45cluster of fenugreek leaves, 4tbsp ginger garlic paste, 4 tbsp chili powder, 4 tbsp coriander powder, 4 tbsp cumin powder, 4tbsp salt and 3 tsp all spice powder .
*      Sauté well, at the present affix the 4 chop the tomatoes and Sauté pending they are summary to the soft tissue. Affix 3cup onion, 2 cup yogurt and 1kg fish. Blend well to fur the fish and the tomato combination. Sauté for 10 minutes. Twist the fire off, shake over the fish and cut coriander leaves with chilies. Inside a different pan bubble the rice and salt turn over complete. In a big pan increase half of the simmer rice at the underneath, after that summit it and the fish combination. Stay on do again this pending the fish with the rice encompass worn awake. Shake over the yellow color combination in on summit and lid. Heat on a medium blaze for 25 minutes. On one occasion the plate is safe to eat go away it enclosed for a little minutes, eliminates the cover and feathers stirring the rice and a split. Dish up burning.
