Lapis sweet

This sweet dish is a disparity.

2 goblet Smashed wheat
2 goblet Warm water
4 tbsp Almonds
5-6 goblet Sugar
10 nos. Raisins
1/2 tbsp Cardamom dust
 100gm Ghee
  • Marinate the raisins inside 1 goblet water with hold sideways
  • Cook ghee inside a deep base pan, affix the cracked wheat. Cook on a shrill burn turn over it rotate rose-tinted brunette. Affix warm water, moderately wrap and heat on a middle flame turn over mainly of the dampen has vanish. Affix further stream but the wheat is not caring sufficient
  • One time every the wet has vanish, add the sugar, ghee and 1/2 cup water mix. Put a broil below the non-stick pan plus heat on a little burn intended for 10 minutes. The lapis is absolute when the ghee starts oozing out from the sides of the pan.
  • Serve up boiling decorate with blanched almonds plus pistachios.
