Mutton cutlet



Crushed meat – 1kg
Potatoes – 4medium large
Green peas- 150 gm
Onions -2small size
Green chilies - 6
Fresh coriander
Ginger - garlic paste - 3 tbsp
chili powder - 3 tbsp
Gram missals  powder – 4tbsp
Egg white (2 egg)
Bucks scrap - 150 gm
Salt pro taste
Oil- 50gm


Simmer and crush potatoes with green peas and keep aside. In a pan, warmth oil with affix delicately cut onions with green chilies and sauté for 5 mints. Affix ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, gram missals powder and sauté pro a min. Affix crushed meat and sauté turn over oil disconnect. Affix salt, then affix cut clean coriander leaves, crush potatoes and green peas, test for salt with affix stipulation requisite. Turning the blaze and mixture well.  Build small balls with next crush them to cutlet shaped. Then wet this inside egg white, next turn over  bread small piece. Petty sauté in a pan.Serve to ready mutton cutlet.
