  • Prawn 1kg
  • Basmati rice 1kg
  • Coconut milk 4cup
  • Coriander leaves 10-12
  • Exasperate coconut 5tbsp
  • Ghee 50-1000gm
  • Green chili 3-4tbsp
  • Lemon juice 3tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Piece onion 4
  • Turmeric powder 3tbsp
