Soya bean




Soya lump- dry in hot water for 1 hours
Onion - 2 big, delicately cut
Tomatoes - 3, delicately cut
Ginger, Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp
Turmeric residue- 2 tbsp
Oil - 5 tbsp
Salt to taste
Spice Powder (Freshly Ground)

Cinnamon - 2 inch slice
Cloves - 6
Cumin plant seeds - 3 tbsp
Green Cardamom – 3
Pepper – 6

  • Step oil in a pan and stir fry the onions turn over transparent
  • Put in tomatoes and cook till they turn mushy.
  • Put in salt, ginger-garlic paste with small turmeric.
  • Then, affix dry and sapped soya lump and combine it glowing.
  • Put in 1 goblet of water with seal the cover with boil on low flame revenue none water is evaporated and soy lump be tender (not soft or hard).
  • Lastly, add spice powder in the end. Suffer gratis to use stock up flavor powder but you cannot make up this.
Dish up it hot with naan or  rice and get pleasure from !!!
