Soya lump



100 grams soya lump

3 tbsp chopped ginger and garlic

4 goblet chopped capsicum

4 tbsp oil

3 finely chopped onion

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp chili sauce

3 tbsp tomato ketchup

3   chopped tomato

salt the taste 



* Inside a  pan downpour 4 goblet water and next  it begin  hot, finish the stove with plunk the soya lump in it. Put it for 5 mints. Cut off the water with grasp every the water from the soya. Be watchful because it will be extremely warm. Thus cool it a little and squeeze. Act this way again to remove the rare scent in the soya chunk. After that cut both one into 3 chunk.

* In a pan downpour 3 tbsp of oil and plunk thinly cut ginger and garlic and stir fry for 45 sec.

* Then  affix the cut onion and stir fry for 5 mints, next affix cut capsicum and stir fry turn over they are semi cooked.

* Plunk the soya lump and cut tomato beside and capsicum and stir fry for a mint.

* Empty soy sauce, hot sauce, tomato ketchup and stir fry for 10 mints in low flame turn over cooked.

* Flavorsome soya lump is already to be present serve up as a side plate.
