Aloo posto



8 medium potatoes
4 green chilies
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp mustard oil
2 tbsp pure ghee
1/3 tbsp onion seeds
5 tbsp poppy seeds
salt to taste

1) Initial cut the potatoes of little sized pieces such as 2 inch dimension.
2) Clean them by means of water.

 3) After that soak the poppy seeds in one cup warm water for fifteen minutes.
4) After that take away this as well as crush to create a very well paste.
5) After that warmth up mustard oil in a pan plow it arrive at burn end.

 6) After that take away they pan, cold and high temperature up the oil an additional time on standard heat.
7) After that combine this in onion seeds and unconscientiously sauté it.
8) After this mix the mixture in potato pieces as well as unconscientiously fry on standard high temperature for 6 minutes.

 9) After that combine this into the poppy seeds paste, mix as well as mix in semi cup of water, cover it and lightly fry on a low heat till the potatoes are almost boiled.
10) After by means of the purpose of add salt destined for taste, sugar in addition to split green chilies.
