Bread snacks recipe



 THIS IS A SNACKS TYPE RECIPE.


 Ingredients

Unadorned flour – 1 1/2 cup
Lubricate – 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cold water to massage currency

Intended for large:
Yellow moong dal (clean and covered with water for 1/2 hour) – 2 cup
Gram missals – 2 tbsp
Red chili powder – 2 tbsp
Fennel seeds (packed down roughly) – 2 tbsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tbsp
Coriander seeds (Unconscientiously packed down) – 1/2 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves (delicately cut) – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Asafetida – 3 pinches
1 tbsp.oil
Oil to deep fry
Plain flour for patching – 2 tbsp


Method
Meant for wrap:
  • Mix flour, salt and oil, knead into soft flexible currency.
  • Stay sideways for 25 minutes.
Intended for substantial:
