Chicken kebab



1 kg boneless chicken
5 medium size onions finely piece
10 fresh green chilies
6 dry red chilies
15 garlic shaving
5″ piece ginger chop up
little gang coriander leaves, chop up
5 tbsp coriander seeds
3 tbsp cumin seeds
3″ cinnamon stick
4 green cardamoms
8 cloves
25 cashew nuts
salt to taste
oil for deep frying
