Dosa

DOSA IS A SOUTH INDIAN DISH.THIS RECIPE IS A SIMPLE AND EASY PROCESS RECIPE.

 



Ingredients:


·         3 Cups short crumb rice
·         2 cup Urad daal
·         1/2 cup Chana Daal
·         1/2 tbsp fenugreek seeds
·         Salt to taste
·         Oil



Method:

·         Steep rice, daals and fenugreek seeds jointly for as a minimum 5 hours. Subsequent to 5 hours, crush it to uncouth constancy.
