Fish kebab



FISH KEBAB IS A APPETIZING AND FLAVORSOME DISH.



Ingredients


4 red onions, divide into four parts
10 cherry tomatoes, cut in two
Salt and black pepper
Sauce
200ml fish stock
 2tbsp tomato ketchup
 2tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2tbsp wine vinegar
2tbsp brown sugar

2tbsp tomato puree
1tbspcorn flour
Twig of aromatic plant for garnish

 
How to cook it
