Muri ghonto

MURI GHONTO IS A SPECIALLY INDIAN DISH.



INGREDIENTS
·         Fish cranium 1-2kg cranium.
·         Potato : 4piece
·         Onion : 3 piece
·         Ginger paste : 2 tbsp
·         Garlic paste : 2 tbsp
·         Turmeric powder : 3 tbsp
·         Chili powder : 2 tbsp
·         Cumin powder : 2tbsp
·         Tomato : 3piece
·         Salt as per taste
·         Cardamom : 5 pieces (finely compressed)
·         Cinnamon : 1 inch attach (compressed)
·         Gram  Missals : 4 tbsp
·         Ghee : 5 tbsp
·         Bay leaf 4
·         Oil 10tbsp


PREPARATION

 
 Clean the fish cranium.
·    Slash hooked on little pieces.
·    Slash potatoes hooked on little dice.
·    Warmth 4 tbsp of oil inside a pan.
·    Dispense potatoes in addition to sauté it glowing in addition to remain it to the side.
·    Sauté the fish cranium appropriately.
 
·    Warmth recently 6 tbsp of oil inside a pan
·    Insert bay leaf, cardamom as well as cinnamon as    well as sauté pro hardly any subsequent.
