2 tbsp turmeric powder,
3 tbsp red chili powder,
3 tbsp gram missals powder,
Salt to taste,
2 tbsp sugar,
Butter to stir fry,
2 tbsp crushed dry fenugreek leaves),
2 cup fresh cream,
chop up coriander leaves,
Water




Method
