Soan papyri



SOAN PAPYRI IS A TASTY DISH. THIS IS A DIWALI SPECIAL DISH.


Ingredients:
1 -2 cup Gram flour
2 cup Maida
200 gm Ghee
2-3 cups Sugar
2 cup Water
5 tbsp Milk
1/3 tsp Cardamom seeds compressed thickly
4" four-sided figure cut starting a slender polythene piece
 

Preparation:

1. Sieve in cooperation flours jointly. 

                                            
2. Temperature ghee into a serious pan. Insert flour combination as well as cook on small turn over beam yellow. Stay sideways to cold a small, rousing infrequently.
