Yogurt rice



 ‘YOGURT RICE’ IS A SOUTH INDIAN DISH.THIS IS A EASY PROCESS RECIPE.


Ingredients:


Rice: 2 cup
Yogurt: 3 cups
Salt to taste
Fruits: Pomegranate, grapes, to end with chop up as well as tolling orange pieces each person cup
Pope:

Vegetable oil or ghee: 2 table spoon
Green chili: 2
Mustard seeds: 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds: 1/2 tsp
Cashew nuts: 1/2 cup or elective
Cilantro: to garnish




Preparation:



 
1. Heat rice by means of 2 cups of water, Remain it to the side intended for cold.
2. Each and every one the fruits cut into little part. Take away the seeds to pomegranate and combine each and every one the fruits.
