METHI MALAI MATAR RECIPE IS A SMOOTH RECIPE.
2 bunch of fresh methi leaves
2 cup green peas
2 tsp coriander Powder
2 tbsp roasted cumin powder
1-2 tsp kasthuri methi
2 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
2 big onion
10 green chilies
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
10 cashew pieces
2 tbsp fresh curd/yogurt
2 tbsp fresh cream/milk
1. Crush in cooperation Onions, cashews, ginger-garlic paste, cream (milk) as well as yogurt
2. Warmth oil and slightly sauté the green peas .
3. Warmth oil and cook the finely chopped methi leaves awaiting loving.
4. Keep the methi leaves divide.
5. Warmth 3 tbsps oil as well as add the soil combination.
6. Give permission it bubble for 10 mints.
7. Add the cumin powder, bake coriander powder, sugar as well as salt.
8. Simmer for 10 mints.
9. Insert the methi leaves, simmer
9. In finish add Kasthuri methi as well as green peas as well as bubble on short fire for 5mints.
Enjoy with chapatti, roti or naan!
