INGREDIENTS:
- 1kg chicken
- Coconut paste
- 4 large onion.
- 6-7 green chillies
- 2-3 coriander powder
- 2-3 tbsp of red chilli powder
- 2 tbsp of turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala (1 each of nutmeg, mace, cinnamon & cloves make fine powder)
- 3 tsp of ginger paste.
- 3tbsp garlic paste
- Keora water.
- Salt .
How
to make CHICKEN GRAVY RECIPE:-
First
washing the chicken.
Next in
a pan pour oil then add onion fry it golden brown colour.
In a
same oil Add the garlic ginger paste and fry it few minutes.
Then
add the chicken and fry it 5minutes.
Finely
add the green chilies, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder,
coconut paste mixture the chicken curry and add salt.
As soon
as its starts to boil, stir well, reduce heat, cover & let it cook on low
heat for about 25 minutes.
Then
mix the keora water and heat the turn off.
Serve
to ready Chicken gravy.
Serve
hot with nun and basmati rice.
