RAZALA IS A EMBLEMATIC DISH. BASICALLY

INGREDIENTS:

water 4-5 tbsp

masala (nutmeg, mace, clove, cinnamon, catechu)

Razala marinate: curds and lemon juice. For 1
hours.

juice for the marinate. Mixture the ingredients chicken marinate. You can added
onion paste. The chicken covering refrigerator for 1 hours.
3. In a pan heat the
oil. Fry the onions medium golden colour.
4. Then in a pan heat
the oil and add the poppy seeds , garlic
ginger paste salt mix the paste.
Then the marinate chicken in a pan. Cook on a lightly flame. Mixing it well
medium flame. For 25mints.Then chicken is cooking. Add the garam masala and keora water.
5. Garnish with ring
onion and curry leaves. Ready to serve. You can apply chicken razala with
paratha.
