Ingredients: Vegetable Soup
- 2 onion, slice
- 2 leek, slice
- 5cloves of garlic, crust and cutting
- 3 teaspoons of slice parsley
- 2 carrots, slice
- 2 mushrooms,
- 2 twig of celery,
- 2 piece tomatoes
- 50gm of soar leaves, clean
- 2 goblet of cutting dill
- vegetable stock
- 4 tablespoon of oil
Method:
1. Temperate a big pan and affix the oil, garlic, onion and cook pending
the onion make a start to turn semi-transparent. 2. Affix the celery, carrot, parsley and mushrooms and heat for a only some minutes pending the carrot make a start to temper.
4. Already plateful add the dill. Serve with hot crispy bucks.
