Brinjal curry

THIS IS A DELICIOUS AND YUMMY RECIPE IN OUR COUNTRY.




Bingil curry Ingredients:

4 medium bingil,
 4 small tomatoes,
5 green chilies,
2tbsp small slice of ginger and garlic,
Curry leaves
2-3goblet of curd.  
2 big onion.
 
Method of Grounding:
  • Slash bingil addicted to tiny piece, clean and remain to one side
  • Cook 2 tbsp of cookery oil, fizz mustard kernel and curry plants.
  • Affix thickly compressed ginger and garlic, cook until the raw smell disappears
  • Affix thinly sliced onion and green chilli and cook with tiny salt with a taste of turmeric
  • Affix bingil when onion turn into clear.
  • Affix 1 tbsp of red chilly residue with 2 tbsp of coriander powder, mix in properly.
  • When it done well, stir in curd and salt to taste
  • Serve it when it is refrigerated to the room cook.
  • It is a perfect surface dish pro rice since fine as paratha.
