Vegetarian soup

THIS IS A INDIAN SOUP.YOU CAN TRY THIS SOUP.




Ingredients: Vegetable Soup



  • 2 onion, slice
  • 2 leek, slice
  • 5cloves of garlic, crust and cutting
  • 3 teaspoons of slice parsley
  • 2 carrots, slice
  • 2 mushrooms,
  • 2 twig of celery,
  • 2 piece tomatoes
  • 50gm of soar leaves, clean
  • 2 goblet of cutting  dill
  •  vegetable stock
  • 4 tablespoon of  oil

Method:
1.  Temperate a big pan and affix the oil, garlic, onion and cook pending the onion make a start to turn semi-transparent.
2. Affix the celery, carrot, parsley and mushrooms and heat for a only some minutes pending the carrot make a start to temper.
 
3.  After that affix the tomatoes, and stock and mix well.  Cover up and heat for 40 minutes. Spell to taste.
4. Already plateful add the dill.  Serve with hot crispy bucks.
