Mixed Vegetable

Mixed Vegetable Curry in Coconut Milk 






 

 Ingredients:

Mixed Vegetable -  (I used 100 beans, 6 carrots, peas, 5 small potato, cauliflower)
Oil - 4 tbsp
Cumin residue - 3 tbsp
Curry Leaves – 15-20
Ginger - 3grate
Green Chili - 10
Turmeric residue- 3 tsp
Salt as per taste
Coconut Milk -1 cup
Ghee 50gm

 

Method:
1. Chop the vegetables keen on longish, dense 1 inch bit plus stay sideways..

2. Warm 3 tbsp oil in a pan. Affix the cumin residue and partly of the emerald chilies.
 One time the cumin residue start to sputter, Affix every the vegetables but cold peas. Dust a few salt with turmeric residue with aggravate ginger. Heat on middle little burn dig the vegetables survive about cooked.
