Soya lump



1 cup soya chunks soaked and drained
2 tbsp green chili paste
3 tbsp corn starch
5 tbsp oil
2-3 tbsp soy sauce
3 medium onions (delicately chop up)
2 inch part of ginger (delicately chop up)
4 cloves garlic (delicately chop up)
2 spring onion (chop up)
3 cups water
2 medium capsicum (chop up)
2 tbsp green chili paste
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp vinegar
salt to taste


Combine the soya lump, green chili paste, salt, soy sauce, and partially the corn flour inside a bowl.

High temperature 2 tbsp the oil within a pan, after that attach the soya lump. Stir fry them pro regarding 5 minutes. Move keen on a bowl.

Attach the outstanding 2 tbsp oil to the equal pan. Stir fry onions, garlic, ginger as well as spring onions pro with reference to 5 minutes.
